Raw oysters from Sanriku

The finest oysters are grown in the rich waters of Sanriku, one of the world's three largest fishing grounds. Often referred to as the "milk of the sea," they have a rich and creamy flavor. Please enjoy the fresh flavor of the raw oyster with the power of the ingredients.
